being offered "as is" and "where is". The bids
will be opened on July 1, 2002 and the winning bidders will be
notified immediately. We reserve the right to refuse any or all bids.
We reserve the right to sell all three vessels as a group in a
private sale before bids are opened. If that occurs we will return
all bids unopened.
